From Schools, Hospitals and Bespoke hotels once a site visit has been conducted we will provide you with a Preventive Maintenance Schedule, this will detail and breakdown what your pool will need in the following 12 months of business.

Cutting the risk of failures with a preventative service.  All plant from Chemical dosing systems, Pumps to pipe work should be inspected and examined for any faults regularly. Loss of business is unacceptable and standards are high in the commercial industry so we aim to limit any business disruption keeping your customers satisfaction.

Weekly Maintenance

Thames Pools weekly swimming pool Maintenance visits are designed for clients who have busy lifestyles and want a swimming pool that they can be sure the pool is safe to get in to.

Thames pools will complete on a weekly basis

• Vacuum swimming pool of all debris.
• Net swimming pool of floating matter.
• Backwash and rinse filter.
• Test and maintain water balance to include chlorine, bromine, Alkalinity, and Total dissolved solids.
• Make sure water temperature is maintained suitable for use.
• Check swimming pool plant for defects such as leaks and motor noises etc.
• Empty skimmers and check operating correctly.
• Clean swimming pool walls and tile band.

Bi-Weekly Maintenance

Thames Pools Bi-weekly swimming pool maintenance visits are for indoor pools mainly.

Thames pools will complete on a bi-weekly basis

• Vacuum swimming pool of all debris.
• Net swimming pool of floating matter.

• Test and maintain water balance to include chlorine, bromine, Alkalinity and Total dissolved solids.
• Make sure water temperature is maintained suitable for use.

Monthly Maintenance

Thames Pools has a Monthly swimming pool maintenance scheduled visit that is just to give that little bit of extra help/supporting you and your hard work keeping you safe in the knowledge we are only a phone call away as priority is given to all our contracts.
